Privacy policy
This policy explains what data jennysmod.net collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain English (and Spanish) because we would rather you actually read it than sign under a hundred paragraphs of standard-issue legalese.
What we collect
Aggregate, anonymised pageview data via a first-party analytics setup: URL, referrer, screen size, coarse country. IP addresses are truncated at the last octet before storage. No personal identifiers are collected. We do not use fingerprinting or session-replay tools.
What we do not do
We do not sell, share, rent, trade or exchange any data with third parties. We do not run retargeting cookies. We do not embed Facebook, Google Analytics 4, TikTok or Meta pixels. We do not maintain user accounts or profiles.
Cookies
One functional cookie is set to remember your language preference (EN or ES). It expires after one year and holds nothing but "en" or "es". No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies. If you clear cookies, the site defaults back to English on next visit.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
Because we hold no personal identifiers, standard access / deletion requests have no matching record to return. If you still want to file a request, email [email protected] and we will confirm within thirty days that we have no data tied to your identifier and take no further action.
